No. Everything happens over standard SMS — they get a text and reply YES or NO. That’s the whole point: it works on any phone, instantly.
How fast can I send my first blast? +

Is it only for storm / utility crews? +
No. It started there, but configurable fields make it fit events staffing, healthcare on-call, field service, volunteers — anywhere you activate people fast.
How do you handle consent and opt-outs? +
Consent is captured at sign-up with a timestamped TCPA record, and STOP/HELP are honored automatically on every message. Compliance is built in, not bolted on.
